Candidate Profile
The successful candidates would be result oriented, target driven with passion for sales, and would possess planning capabilities.
Requirements:
Males within the age group of 22- 26 years
Minimum educational qualification – 3 passes in the G.C.E.(A/L)
2-3 years experience in a similar capacity
Field Sales experience in FMCG will be a definite advantage
Should possess a valid riding license
A Certificate/ Diploma in Sales, Marketing and Management would be favorably considered
Candidates should be willing to be based in any part of the Island and be able to effectively communicate in Sinhala and English, whilst candidates for the Northern Province (JAFFNA) are required to be fluent in Tamil and English.
