RICC is looking for IT SPECIALIST– RESTAURANT TECHNOLOGY who should be,

Male below the age of 35 years
Holder of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, hardware and software
Having 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills
Problem Solving skills
Should be very energetic & have a long career plan

Key Accountabilities & activities

Install, configure and maintain information systems networks and associated hard ware & software in accordance with technical specifications to ensure the new stores information systems function reliably
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention and redirect problems to appropriate resources
Communicate with system users: and investigate, trouble shoot and resolve IT related problems so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily
Configure and resolve issues with hardware, conduct minor repairs where possible and coordinate with hardware vendors and follow-up as required to coordinate maintenance services
Connect and configure phones, fax, and internet to provide connectivity for end users
Respond to user’s technical questions regarding new stores IT systems
Produce system and hardware update reports to the Senior Stores Support on a periodic basis
Observing deadlines and achieving results to the expectations of RICC and to achieve organizational goals
Supports and acts in accordance with final decisions of RICC management
Plans and organize to achieve RICC annual Workforce Planning and in Succession Planning

Your Rewards will be,

Basic salary SR 4163.00 / month. (Approx LKR 145,705.00)
Tansportation allowance of SR 1166.00/month (Approx LKR 40,810.00)

Housing : company provided
Annual bonus based on performance
Contract period: 24 months
Leave entitlement: 21 days / year
Medical & Insurance coverage per RICC medical policies
