IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Eureka Technology Partners is a global Remote IT Support Company (www.eurekamsp.com). Our business is structured around five service offerings - Enterprise Support Services, Data Centre, Information Security, Network Monitoring and Disaster Recovery in addition to being a global remote IT Support Services company. We are in the process of recruiting young, dynamic, IT savvy individuals for the Network Operations Center that provides core technical support services to clients. You will be exposed to world-class Enterprise IT systems and processes under the ISO 20000 Framework coupled with real time work experience in an Enterprise NOC.

• You will work in an ISO 20000 certified environment using ITIL best practices
• In-house Technical trainings and exams
• Exposure to world class remote management tools
• Exposure to multiple technical platforms, products and services

This role involves remote technical support on mobile and PC environments and works within a 24x7 shift based operation.

Qualifications and experience:

•    MCTS, Computer Hardware/Networking certificate, ICT Diploma level  or equivalent
•    Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn new technologies at a quick pace
•    Strong knowledge of mobile and tablet operating system platforms, updates, upgrades and troubleshooting (Apple, Blackberry, Android, Windows Phone)
•    Exposure to server  operations and troubleshooting is advantageous
•    Excellent communication in English and Sinhala or Tamil (All three languages are preferred)
•    At least one years’ experience in a technical support environment is advantageous
