-Sales Executive (Freelance)
Should have completed at least a certificate course related to IT
Should be able to communicate in good English 
Age should be under 35 years
Should be tech savvy and have an interest towards IT

-Web Designer/Developer
At least completed a certificate course related to web design
An in-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS
An in-depth knowledge in Photoshop & Dreamweaver
Some knowledge with Fireworks & Illustrator
Ability to develop CMS based websites
Knowledge in Jquery, Javascript,Ajax,ASP.NET & PHP would be an added advantage
A good sense of design
