-Branch Managers
Description:

(Will be responsible for leading the Branch Team towards achieving set targets in terms of product sales and client acquisition. The prospective candidate should have through knowledge in both retail and SME banking products with adequate exposure to credit. He/she has to ensure smooth functioning of branch operations and also take responsibility for all staff members. )

•Part or fully professionally qualified or hold a degree with minimum of 8 years commercial banking experience ,at a branch and at least 2 years of management experience, with exposure to all functional areas in a computerized environment. Those who are not fully qualified should have minimum of 10 years experience.
•Excellent Team building and communication skills, to motivate staff to work, towards a common business goal, whilst working around problems
•Successful , retired branch managers would be considered for branches that would come up in Northern and Eastern Provinces

- Assistant Branch Manager
Description:

(The chosen candidate is expected to supervise the branch operations/process and ensure compliance of the Banks’ policies and statutory requirements. He/she is also responsible for implementing new initiatives to enhance process efficiency and contribute toward achieving branch target through cross selling. The candidate will be required to take up the challenge for delivering the highest standard of customer service. The Assistant Branch Manager should take leadership for handling branch matters in the absence of the Branch Manager)

•Should be part or fully professionally qualified with minimum of 6 years commercial banking experience at a branch with supervisory experience and exposure to all functional areas in a computerized environment
•Must have good people skills to motivate staff and build good working relationships within the Branch Team
•The prospective candidate must have maturity to handle all customer queries effectively

-Branch Banking Associates
Description

(The chosen candidate is responsible for processing of transactions and all customer service functions for walk-in-customers. He/she is also expected to contribute in business development activates such as lead generations and cross selling)

•Should be below 30 years of age
•Should preferably be part qualified in Finance or Banking
•Should have 2- 4 years of commercial banking experience at a branch with exposure to all functional areas, especially teller functions and customer services in a computerized environment
•Must be a team player with good communication skills

-Branch Credit Officers
Description

(Credit Officers in the Branch will be responsible for lending and will be members of a goal oriented experience team. He/she will be responsible for credit evaluation, marketing for new clients in line with the Bank’s Target Market criteria, whilst maintaining a healthy portfolio. In doing so he/she will be responsible for the initial checking and analyzing of accounts/financial statements identifying financial product solutions related to the client’s needs and undertaking customer visit/inspection, etc )

•Should possess at least 5 years of banking experience of which 4 years should be in credit
•Those who possess completed professional /academic qualifications in the field of business, finance, banking, commerce, accounting, would be considered as senior banking associates.
•They would go through a competitive selection process and intensive training in branch credit and operations before becoming credit officers in two years time. This would be an ideal opportunity for inexperienced qualified young people to become “Banking Professional”
•Be a target oriented self-starter, with strong relationship management & analytic skills
•Possess excellent report writing skills in order to write brief credit proposals.
•Demonstrate maturity in dealing with clients
