-Procurement Specialist 
Required Qualifications:

•Minimum three years successful experience conducting full-cycle procurement and purchasing activities under donor regulations
•Experience conducting complex procurements for a broad range of goods and commodities
•Knowledge of networks and demonstrated experience finding suppliers of various types of industrial equipment within Sri Lanka and regionally
•Excellent English Language , both verbal and writing
•Working Knowledge of Microsoft office with advance Excel
•Oral and Written fluency in either Sinhala or Tamil Language

Desired Qualifications

•Prior experience working on USAID-funded programs
•Knowledge of USG regulations related to procurement
•Speaking and Reading ability in Tamil and Sinhala

-Accounts Assistant
Required Qualifications

•Professional experience /5+ years work experience in lieu of degree
•Certified IAB,AAT or ICB qualification
•Proven organizational skills and detail orientation
•Excellent English Language , both verbal and writing
•Working Knowledge of Microsoft office with advance Excel
•Oral and Written fluency in either Sinhala or Tamil Language

Desired Qualifications

•Prior experience working on donor funded projects
•Speaking and Reading ability in Tamil and Sinhala
