Pegasus Recruiting places university graduates into reputable schools in South Korea. Our services are offered FREE to undergraduate degree holders in any discipline that are interested in teaching abroad. Benefits include FREE housing and return airfare, 50% health care compensation and one month’s salary as a bonus at the end of a one-year contract. Teachers paid monthly between $1800-2000 with low taxes of 0-5%.

As a university degree is a requirement, Pegasus is looking for recent graduates who are interested in teaching, traveling abroad and experiencing other cultures.

Preference is given to those who show a passion for teaching, enthusiasm and drive.

Teacher Requirements

1) You must be a native English speaker from Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, South Africa and the UK.
2) You must have a Bachelors degree ~ any discipline.
3) You must have a clean criminal record check
4) You must be in good health

DUTIES
• Preparing and teaching materials and activities for English language education
• Assisting with activities related to English language
• Teaching material is provided and the teacher's main purpose is to deliver the information to the students in a fun and creative way.

SALARY:
Starting salary from 2.0Million-2.2million South Korean Won (depending on experience# plus great benefits

BENEFITS:

• Severance Pay - Equal to approximately one month's salary/year
• Medical Insurance - 50% of your premiums paid by your employer. Current medical insurance premiums total approximately 4.31% of your salary and are payable monthly.

Hours and Schedule:
The Teacher shall work 5 calendar days per week excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Hours vary depending on the school. Usually 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm or 1-9pm

Actual class instruction hours shall not exceed 23 - 80 minute classes a week #If teaching hours exceed this, the teacher shall be entitled to overtime pay
