Al Yamamah University (YU) is a leading private university located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. At present, the university comprises the College of Business Administration and College of Computer and Information Systems. The college is in the process of opening both a College of Engineering and Architecture and College of Humanities soon. 
The University currently has openings for senior qualified candidates—both male and female—in the following disciplines:
•College of Business Administration
•Marketing
•Management
•Human Resource Management
•Finance (urgently needed)
•Accounting
•Insurance and Risk Management
•International Business
•Real Estate Management
•Entrepreneurship
•College of Computer and Information Systems
•Computer Graphics/Multimedia (female preferred, but will accept candidates from both genders)

College of Engineering and Architecture:
Ideal candidates for this newly-approved college will possess a minimum of four years of faculty experience. Some background in educational administration—for example, as a department chair, vice-dean, etc.—is highly desirable.

General Requirements:
All faculty candidates must possess Master level qualifications. A doctorate qualification would be an added advantage. Our strong preference is for graduates from a western university, but all degree granting universities would have to be approved by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education as indicated on its website, or at the very least be capable of achieving this status. The University welcomes both male and female candidates, who have a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience and who are capable of teaching in English, which is the university’s language of instruction.

Remuneration:
Compensation and benefits include basic salary (tax free), transportation allowance, furnished housing, medical insurance, educational allowance for up to two children (between six to eighteen years of age) annual round-trip tickets to country of origin.
