*Sales management background in the FMCG industry 
*Experience with a faced paced and high activity field team , will be of an advantage
* Demonstrate examples of developing and sustaining high performance work groups and winning cultures
* Have a degree /GCE A/L & possess C I M/SLIM full or part qualification , with 2-3 years Sales/Marketing experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Sinhala/Tamil
*Computer Literacy
